The client is one of the Infrastructure Design consultancy in USA working major infrastructure projects.

Overview
The client approached our team to upgrade the model for LOD 200 to LOD 400 and prepare the shop drawings for the precast stands.

Business Need
Upgrading the Structural model up to LOD 400 from LOD 200. Generating Reinforcements for all the concrete , preparing their Bar bending schedules. Generating the 200+ shop drawings for the Precast stands.

Challenges
Short turnaround time for modeling the stands with the reinforcements. Clients first project on Revit, also had to prepare the standard templates.

Solutions and Approach
6 Engineers were deployed to deliver the project within 52 working days producing 200+ A2 shop drawings. Standard templates prepared for the client to address and execute similar project requirements.

Benefits
On time delivery of the project benefiting the client on their project delivery and planning. High Precision in reinforcement modeling reducing the quantity of steel compared to manual steel calculation, saving the cost for the client and saving the materials used.
